Miles Hiked (Week): 3.85
Miles Hiked (May): 11.5

Pounds Lost (Total):  0
Weekly Goal Met: No
Nights Camped (Week): 0
Nights Camped (Total): 2
Nights Camped (Backpacking): 0

So this wasn't as good of a result as I had hoped, especially after the previous week had been so good. However, it's not entirely bad. Despite the weekend being a light one for hiking* and including a trip home (always a potential problem) I effectively broke even. I made some good choices over the weekend, although clearly I have some room for improvement.

On the bright side, I still got out and hiked multiple miles. Any weekend I can do this is a good thing, and better than the months I spent this winter where I didn't (or couldn't) get any hiking in whatsoever. As mediocre of a week this was, I'm well aware it could be worse.

So once again its back to business, to see if I can make this week have a better result. I am a bit discouraged, as I've yet to string together multiple good weeks, but am still optimistic I can turn things around. The clock continues counting, ever close to next March, and I am running out of time to get the kinks worked out. I've bounced back before, and I'm sure I can do it now.

* Anything less than 5 miles is light right now. In a couple months, it will probably be around 10 miles for a "light" weekend.
